E Learning

We have worked in e learning projects which involve the design and development of the eLearning Portal solution which brings together learning content producers/publishers, training providers, testing service providers and certification authorities on one common platform to produce, administer and distribute learning content and solutions to learners all over the globe. We have used the open source LCMS platforms (or part of its codebase) like Moodle, Olat or Docebo, as well as custom development initiatives to develop the portal.

The main aim of the e learning project is to ensure that different groups of users like learners, trainers, content creators, and publishers are able to communicate and be benefitted in their own ways with the assistance of the System Administration.

The proposed portal solution will address the key areas like the following:

Learning Content Directory (LCD)

The learning content directory will offer a single point of access for all learning content obtainable on the system. This is to enables learners to determine relevant learning content on the system through categorized content organization; there are powerful search and advertising functionalities built into the system.

Learning Content Management System (LCMS)

The instruction design specialists, learning content providers and publishers can port/publish their SCORM-compliant content on the portal with the help of SCORM 1.2 (2004 e3?) compliant LCMS system. The integrated learning module include features like Desktop Sharing, Application Sharing, Co-Browsing, Usage Reporting, Transcript Updates from Live Session, Unified Login, Document Management, and Movie Streaming; it is a rich medium of instruction.

Learning Management System (LMS)
The trainers and course administrators can create courses by making use of the learning content available in their profile, manage learner profile and can evaluate the performance of the learner with the help of LCMS, Learning Content Management System.

System Admin and Back-end Interface:
An extensive backend administrative console enables the System Administrator to manage different aspects of the system by using a suitable backend interface.
